A 12-week program for couples after baby

The relationship you pictured is still possible.

You had a baby, and somewhere in the night feeds and the logistics, the two of you quietly turned into a very good team of coworkers. This is how you find your way back to each other, one small shift at a time.

Start here. Tell me who you are, then pick a time for your free call.

A free 30-minute call to see if it's the right fit for the two of you. Your details come straight to me and stay private.

Be honest with yourself for a second

Does this sound like you?

  • You start each day already feeling behind, overwhelmed by a mental list of tasks and responsibilities.
  • You run the whole mental list in your head at 2am during a feed, and it feels like you're the only one who even knows the list exists.
  • The two of you pass each other in the hallway like roommates. Two tired people running a household, missing each other.
  • You're constantly juggling responsibilities, but despite your best efforts, something always feels out of balance.
  • You keep landing in the same fight on repeat, and neither of you is quite sure how you got there again.
  • Some nights you lay there wondering if this is just what the postpartum season does to a marriage, or if something is actually wrong.

If you nodded along to even one of these... you are not the only ones.

You deserve support

Roommate season is common, and it's still incredibly lonely to live through.

Every couple in it feels like the only ones stuck, replaying the same fight, carrying the load without saying so out loud.

There is a way back to each other, grounded in the Gottman Method and EFT, not guesswork. The Reconnection Method gives you the steps in the order they actually work, alongside a small group of couples in the exact same season.

You don't have to wait for things to "calm down" to start reconnecting. This was built to fit right inside the season you're in.

The honest part

I'm Hannah, and I've been where you are.

I was already a couples therapist when my first was born. I had read the research. I knew all of it.

And I still spent a year in my own house feeling like a roommate.

Before any of it was professional, it was personal. The tools that helped my husband and me find our way back are the same ones that built this program.

I've spent years in the room with couples working through new parenthood and the postpartum season. I believe every couple deserves a real path back to each other, not just advice to muscle through it alone, and I'm here to walk you and your partner through it, together.

Here's exactly how the 12 weeks go

12 modules, four phases, in the order reconnection actually happens.

  1. 01Phase one

    Foundation

Where the two of you really are right now, and the small daily moments of turning toward each other that everything else is built on.

  2. 02Phase two

    The Invisible Load

The mental load, made visible to both of you, and shared in a way where you each feel the other one showing up for it.

  3. 03Phase three

    Intimacy and Connection

Closeness that feels like something you both want again, not pressure, at a pace that's actually yours.

  4. 04Phase four

    Identity and Future

Who you each are now, as parents and as partners, and the plan you build together for the season ahead.

Each phase builds on the last. Along the way: Partner Prep before Week 1, Her Solo Reflection in Weeks 9 and 10, and your personal Connection Report at Week 12.

Your personal Connection Report at Week 12

Where you started, where you landed, and the plan you built, written up for the two of you.

Lifetime access, including every future update

Come back to Week 3 in two years when you need it.

What this asks of you

About an hour a week, together.

  1. 15minWatch that week's module, usually after bedtime.
  2. 20minDo one exercise together, at home, with the worksheet.
  3. 60minThe group call. Camera on or off, baby welcome.
  4. 3minEach of you fills out a private check-in before the call.

What changes

Imagine your future, together

  1. You feel like a team again.

Not just two people dividing tasks, but two people who are actually on the same side, choosing each other on purpose.

  2. The load gets shared, and the effort gets seen.

The invisible work becomes visible to both of you, and you each feel the other one showing up for it.

  3. A hard moment stays a moment.

You learn to catch the spiral early and repair fast, so one rough night stops turning into three cold days.

  4. Closeness comes back on your own terms.

Intimacy stops feeling like pressure and starts feeling like something you both want again, at a pace that's actually yours.

  5. You stop wondering if you're broken.

You understand the story of what happened to you in this season, which means you can stop bracing and start trusting the relationship again.

  6. Reconnection fits into the life you already have.

No extra hours you don't have. The work folds into dinner, bedtime, the ordinary moments you're already in together.

  7. You're both in it.

This isn't one of you dragging the other along. You each have your own part, and you each show up for it.

  8. You come out of it proud.

Proud that you protected this relationship early, on purpose, instead of waiting for it to get bad enough to need saving.

What couples are saying

In their words

A lifeline

Hannah seriously helped us. We felt like roommates for so long and had years of resentment built up. With her method we have been able to find each other again. The best part is the tools aren't just for right now... we know we will come back to them time and time again no matter where our life takes us. Our relationship has never felt this strong.

S.M.

So grateful

We started working with Hannah 3 months ago when our baby was 6 months old, but we honestly started feeling more aligned and connected after one month of work with her.

Her method works! It's different from traditional couples therapy which my husband loved. We truly believe Hannah's method helped us save our marriage. I'm not sure where we'd be without her.

L.N.

Life-changing

We simply understand each other better now. There is so much less defensiveness and reactivity in our day to day. We genuinely enjoy each other again, and are able to recover so much more quickly from any misunderstanding. Our relationship feels completely new and different in the best way.

E.T.

More connected

We highly recommend Hannah! The tools she gave us really allowed us to connect more on a daily basis, which led to parenthood together and having more fun together again.

Let's be clear

What it is, and what it isn't.

What it is

  • A 12-week coaching and education program for couples after baby.
  • Led by a licensed marriage and family therapist, grounded in the Gottman Method and EFT.
  • A small group of couples in the exact same season, so you stop feeling like the only ones.
  • Something you both do, each with your own part, built to fit inside the life you already have.

What it isn't

  • Therapy. It's coaching and education, which is why couples can join from anywhere.
  • One of you dragging the other along.
  • One more impossible thing on your list. No extra hours you don't have.
  • The right fit for active crisis, unaddressed infidelity, or safety concerns. Those need individual clinical care, and I'm happy to point you there.

If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free call is for.

Frequently asked questions

Good questions.

Still wondering about something? That's exactly what the free call is for.

How do I know if this is right for us?

This is a fit if you're in the postpartum season, whether it's your first baby or your fourth, and you're feeling more like roommates than partners: tired, disconnected, stuck in the same fight on repeat.

It's not the right fit if you're dealing with active crisis, unaddressed infidelity, or safety concerns. Those need individual clinical care, not a group program. If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free consultation call is for.

What can we expect from the 1:1 assessment?

Before the group starts, the two of you hop on a private call with me. I ask about where your relationship actually is right now, what's hardest for you both day to day, and what you're each hoping to get out of the program.

It's not a therapy session. It's how I get to know you before we start, so the group work fits your real situation from week one.

How is this different from couples therapy?

The Reconnection Method is educational coaching, not clinical treatment. We're working from the same research-backed models I use in therapy, Gottman and EFT, but in a structured 12-week format with a group of couples instead of a private diagnosis-and-treatment relationship.

It's built for couples who want real tools and community, not a clinical process. If your relationship needs a higher level of care, individual couples therapy is the better fit, and I'm happy to point you there.

Does insurance cover it?

It doesn't, and that's actually by design. The Reconnection Method is coaching and education, not clinical therapy, so it isn't billed through insurance the way a therapy session is.

Working as coaching is what lets us meet as a group, focus on skills and prevention instead of diagnosis and treatment, AND welcome couples from anywhere rather than one state.

If you're in that place, you're in the right place.

Book a free 30-minute call, and let's explore if The Reconnection Method is the fit for you and your partner.
